Frequently Asked questions
Emergencies such as water pipe breaking or extreme acts of mother nature, require an immediate response. Our Clients agree to allow us to act immediately to any such emergency, as their agent, and then to promptly follow up with the Client/Owner.
Any non-emergency repairs, we will provide estimates or reach out to our licensed and insured independent sub-contractors to obtain up to 3 estimates. All estimates are then reviewed with the Owner.
All repairs, emergency or non-emergency, are billed in a cost-plus agreement with the Owner.
We perform weekly interior and exterior property inspections on each of our properties, we have an inspection checklist that we follow and we keep that record in your property file.
We offer weekly reporting to our clients via email and include photos.
We offer commercial and residential snow plowing, snow blowing, shoveling, sanding of driveways and salting of walkways. We use pet friendly salt on walkways for those with our furry friends
You may be eligible for a reduction in premium on your second home’s Homeowner’s Insurance policy. Increasingly, insurance companies are either requiring homeowners to retain the services of a property manager or are assigning higher premiums to owners of second properties who do not retain the services of a property manager. Consult your insurance agent to see if you are eligible for a discount.
